My name is Jackie and after moving to Kidlington in 1992, Holiday Ark was established in 2009. Starting from an early age, animals have always been a big part of my life from owning cats, dogs, chickens, hamsters and horses as well as just loving the outdoor life.
Once children came along I was a stay at home mum until my youngest started Secondary School. This then gave me the opportunity to follow my passion and pursue a successful career in caring for animals for which I feel blessed every day.
Our beloved Springer Max, was a major part of the team and is lovingly remembered every day. The other half of the team is my husband, Neil, who is always on hand (albeit only one!) to help with giving lots of fuss and attention to boarding pets.
